3/0 AWG XHHW-2 wire is engineered with a stranded aluminum conductor that is insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLP) to provide superior resistance to heat, moisture, and chemical exposure. Its design makes it well-suited for the high temperatures often encountered in overhead services, feeders, and branch circuits in rigorous environments.

This product meets or exceeds applicable ASTM, ANSI, and UL standards and is rated for voltage up to 600 volts with a maximum temperature of 90°C in dry and wet locations. Additionally, the XHHW-2 is compliant with RoHS directives, ensuring that hazardous substances are minimized in its composition.
