All orders that are shipped from our main warehouse are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am – 3pm. Orders requiring items from the manufacturer ship within 7-10 business days, but might ship sooner. Back-orders will ship as soon stock is replenished. 

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Parcel Shipments:

• UPS
• FedEx

Freight Shipments (LTL) normal use carriers include:

• Dayton Freight
• Fedex

*Other shipping options available with use of quoted orders.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you do not agree with the shipping cost.

Back orders will ship as the item(s) become available. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

You will be notified when will call orders have been processed and are available for pickup. Will call orders can be claimed during normal business hours.
