General Shipping Information

In-stock orders placed before 1pm EST typically ship within 1-5 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday; we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major US Holidays.

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number within 1-2 business days from the time its shipped. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history.

Orders requiring items from the manufacturer ship within 7-10 business days, but might ship sooner. Back-orders will ship as soon stock is replenished.

Paypal orders will only be shipped to verified address.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipments are processed Monday-Friday except on US Holidays. In Stock Item orders placed before 1pm EST will ship same day as long as payment clears.

Expedited shipping times are based of shipping method and carrier. Please contact our sales team for better information on these varibles.

Free Shipping

International Wire & Cable will cover freight costs on standard shipping orders over $1,250 in the contiguous United States. International Wire & Cable reserves the right to select the most cost-effective courier service on all freight orders.

Orders Shipping outside the contiguous United States can submit an online quote request that will include freight/shipping options.

Orders of $500 or more will require extra verification and could be delayed as a result.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weIght of your order and where you are shipping to. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and then proceeding through the checkout. You will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost. You will have the opportunity to review the shipping options and costs before submitting your order, and you will have the chance to no place your order if you decide not to.

Customer is responsible for all freight re-consignment delivery fees should he/she cancel, reschedule, or refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.

Shipping Outside of the U.S.

Please call 586-997-1488 for any shipping inquiries outside the U.S.. Our Sales team will assist with orders requiring outside the U.S. shipping or submit a quote online.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/Military address

At this time we cannot process orders that ship to PO Boxes or to an APO/FPO/Military address online. Please use the online quote request or Call 586.997.1488 and talk with a sales rep.


Orders on any items with a material value of $50 or less are non-returnable.

Order Inspection

Inspect all cartons and note any damage or possible concealed damage on the freight bill prior to signing for receipt of or receiving the products. Should the product shipment be signed for and no notes are made indicating any possible or real damages, then the consignee of the product(s) becomes the legal owner of the merchandise and International Wire & Cable, the seller, can no longer file a damage claim with the freight carrier and therefore any damage(s) would be yours to claim with the freight carrier, should any be realized. Should product shipment damage(s) be noted on the freight bill, be certain the delivery driver signs the same receipt you do and you retain a copy of the signed documentation for your records. International Wire & Cable's responsibility with respect to shipments made by common carrier ends with the issues of the bill of lading.

Return/Exchange 15 Days

You have 15 days from the day you receive the item to contact us for a return/exchange.

Please contact your sales Rep, or call 586.997.1488 to authorize the return. Have your order number or name the order was placed with ready and we will email you an RMA (return) number and instructions for return within 48 business hours.

Incorrect or Defective Product

If you received an incorrect or defective item contact us for a return shipping label.

As soon as the product has been received on our end, we will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase.

Other Returns and Refused Packages

Will incur a 30% re-stocking fee plus freight.

Returned Items Guidelines

  • The item is in its original box and original packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  • The item has not been used or cut in any way.

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include light bulbs, software, fuses, and some electrical connectors.

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Should the return not meet any of these guidelines, further additional fees may occur or the return may be refused with no refund.



Orders will not be cancelled or modified either in whole or in part, after International Wire & Cable has shipped to Buyer. Refunds on orders cancelled prior to shipping will be subject to a 20% processing fee. Multiple cancellations by a single customer may result in a cancellation fee.

International Wire & Cable reserves the right to cancel or refuse any sale or service for any reason. You will receive email notification of all cancelled orders.
