Overview
Pre-figured, pre-measured wire cuts help you save time, reduce waste, and speed installation. International Wire & Cable cuts wire to any length and packages it on spools, reels, or coils to match your workflow—whether you need a few prototypes or high-volume production.
Tell us your target lengths and put-up preference; we’ll deliver clean, repeatable cuts that arrive job-ready.
Typical Put-Ups
Options include strap-tied coils, shrink-wrap, bagged sets, or boxed kits by assembly/work order.
What We Cut
- Hook-up & building wire (e.g., MTW, TFFN, THHN, GPT by review)
- Low-voltage & control conductors
- Multi-conductor cables (strip & cut outer jacket by review)
Provide part numbers/specs and OD where available to help us recommend the best put-up.
Identification & Packaging
- Labels per cut (length, circuit, work order)
- Sequential sets (e.g., 10 × 12 ft, 20 × 6 ft)
- Kitting by harness, panel, station, or room
- Spooled, reeled, or coil packaging with ties/wraps
Add printing/markers or color coding for faster picking and installation.

Planner & Installer Notes
- Share exact cut list (lengths & quantities) or total footage with a breakdown.
- Tell us preferred put-up (spool, reel, coil) and max package weight/diameter.
- For dyed members or printed legends, specify silver-oxide ink to retain readability.

We provide production-grade accuracy suitable for most builds; if you need a specific tolerance or gauge-dependent window, tell us and we’ll confirm capability.
Can you label each cut?
Yes. We can label per cut with length, circuit, work-order IDs, and even barcodes/QR by spec. Kitting by harness/panel is available.
