Jacket & Insulation Options
- Jackets: PVC, FEP, TPE, PUR, PFA, PTFE, PE, PP
- Insulations: PVC, XLPE, PE, FEP, PTFE (others by review)
- Colors: Full palette with custom color-match by review
- Thickness: Build to target OD or environmental rating
Flame ratings, oil/chemical resistance, low-temp flexibility, and abrasion targets can be designed in (confirm requirements during RFQ).

Can you modify a stock cable instead of starting from scratch?
Yes—small changes (color, print, shielding, jacket thickness) often deliver the required performance with faster lead times.
Do you support per-pair shields and drains?
Yes—individual pair shields, overall shields, and dedicated drain wires are common; specify coverage and material.
What if I need agency approvals?
Provide the target standards (UL/CSA/etc.). We will recommend constructions and review compliance pathways.
Can you print my legend and footage?
Yes—legends, logos, and sequential footage are available. We’ll select an ink system compatible with the jacket; silver-oxide is recommended on dyed members.
